1. Shipping & return shipping is at the buyers expensive. Whenever possible, we try to ship the same day. When same day shipping is not an option, please allow 2-3 business days for us to get your package sent out. Esby & Soph Kids Concepts typically ships via Canada Post, as it is the most convenient.

2. Local delivery (within Lambton County). Please select in store pick up and then send us a message to arrange delivery, we try our best to offer same day delivery if possible. If same day delivery is not possible please be patient and allow 2-3 business days

3. Local pick up. Make your purchase online and select in store pick up, your order will be prepped immediately and you can pick up when it is convenient for you!
